The proposal fails to meet the locational and floorspace criteria of Policy SWDPR 15 for live/work units, as the site is not adjacent to an appropriate settlement and the holiday accommodation cannot be counted as genuine employment space, leaving no justification for development in the open countryside where access to services is poor.
