What decided it
The Appellant failed to provide adequate environmental assessment demonstrating that increased use of the site would protect, conserve and enhance existing features of nature conservation as required by Core Strategy Policies CS1, CS9 and CS34, PSPP Policy PSP19 and chapter 15 of the Framework, and failed to provide sufficient information regarding contaminated land to ensure the health and safety of users.
