described on the appeal form as: ‘Gate to the back exit The gates and the freestanding wall to the back garden of the No 13 property are in a bad state of disrepair and the current parking arrangements are not practical. The access to No.13 is continuously blocked by cars parking across the entrance denying bin collection, taking bicycles/motorbike out and enjoying free access to the property. It is impossible to install EV charging point which prevents the residents getting a cleaner mode of transportation. The proposal is to widen the existing opening and install a new Appeal
