What decided it
The appeal scheme fails to provide satisfactory living conditions due to internal floor space falling significantly below London Plan minimum standards of 37 sqm for one-bedroom and 61 sqm for two-bedroom dwellings, combined with inadequate provision for refuse, recycling and cycle storage and adverse impact on street parking.
The limited benefit from additional housing provision was afforded very limited weight against the multiple failures to meet development plan standards for living conditions, storage provision, car-free development and housing mix, resulting in a clear conflict with the development plan with no material considerations to outweigh it.
