What decided it

The dwelling's harmful isolated siting in the Area of Attractive Landscape combined with the unproven future economic viability of the enterprise meant the rural worker exception and landscape protection tests were not satisfied.

The significant benefit of supporting the agricultural enterprise and the very limited benefit of a temporary dwelling were outweighed by substantial harm to the Area of Attractive Landscape and significant harm from the unsustainable, isolated countryside location.
