The very minor increase in traffic generated by the small-scale development, combined with adequate visibility at the primary junction (Lyng Easthaugh Road), the reduced 40mph speed limit on the B1535, and the presence of passing places on Lyng Road, means there would be no unacceptable impact on highway safety.
