The ambiguity about when cricketing and associated social activity ceased at the appeal site, combined with the building's fixtures and fittings pointing to non-agricultural use, meant the evidence did not unambiguously demonstrate that the site was used solely for agricultural purposes as part of an established agricultural unit on the relevant date, failing to satisfy Paragraph Q.1(a) of the GPDO.
