What decided it

The proposed side extension would cause unacceptable harm to the outlook of the occupier at No 98 Corinthian Avenue by creating an overbearing relationship with a ground floor habitable room window, contrary to saved UDP Policy H8.

The acceptable general scale, massing and design of the proposal was outweighed by the unacceptable harm to the living conditions of the occupiers at No 98 with regards to outlook.
