The significant and demonstrable loss of outlook to occupiers of the neighbouring Garrison Court flats and the substantial loss of outlook to the communal garden caused by the height, bulk and proximity of the proposed buildings to the shared boundary.
The benefits of reusing previously developed land and the removal of existing garages were outweighed by the significant adverse effects on the living conditions of neighbouring occupiers through loss of outlook and overbearing impact.
