What decided it

The proposed front dormers extend beyond the plane of the existing roof slopes which form the principal elevation fronting a highway, in breach of GPDO Class B limitation B.1(c), and the proposed windows do not comply with condition B.2(a) regarding similar appearance to existing windows.
