What decided it

The marginal nature of the exceedance of the SPG guidance, combined with the oblique angle of enclosure, existing staggered layout, adequate spacing, and the fact that rear windows would only be partially affected when looking northwards, led the Inspector to conclude the proposal would have an acceptable effect on neighbouring living conditions.
