What decided it

The permanent siting of the proposed bin and bicycle shed in the front garden would be a sizeable, visually unattractive structure at odds with neighbouring properties and would harmfully erode the historic character of the Lordship Park Conservation Area, and this harm was not outweighed by the public benefits which could be achieved through a less harmful alternative design.
