What decided it

The removal of the existing deteriorating phone boxes and replacement with a more streamlined, neutral-coloured street hub with purpose-designed advertisement panels would improve rather than harm the character and appearance of this busy commercial neighbourhood centre, with no material adverse effects on pedestrian movement, highway safety, or crime safety when properly managed.
