What decided it

The proposed alterations to the northern and eastern elevations, particularly the substantial new glazed opening on the north gable and the new dormer windows and large window opening on the east elevation, would detract from the character and appearance of the non-designated heritage asset and cause unjustified harm to its significance contrary to paragraph 203 of the NPPF.
