Main issues, as the Inspector framed them
- The effect of varying condition No 1 on the living conditions of neighbouring occupiers, with particular regard to privacy
What decided it
The generous opening design of the installed sliding doors with balustrade would enable invasive overlooking into neighbouring bedrooms, whereas the originally approved fixed or hinged windows would have prevented such views, and the condition requiring compliance with approved drawings remains reasonable and necessary.
