What decided it

The imposition of conditions restricting luminance to 100cd/m² and requiring the display to be switched off between 2300 and 0700 hours, combined with the well-lit urban environment and the higher quality appearance of the modern digital board, made the proposal acceptable in terms of amenity despite proximity to residential properties.
