The full-width dormer extension creating large, unbroken expansive gable ends that appear disproportionate, obtrusive and dominating in the corner location, combined with the white rendering that discords with the brick and tile character of the street, causes unacceptable harm to the character and appearance of the appeal property and local area contrary to the development plan.
