What decided it

The proposed barn would be located in an isolated position remote from other buildings or structures, failing to accord with Policy 5.8 of the Local Plan which requires new agricultural buildings to be clustered with existing structures, and would introduce permanent built form into the tranquil landscape and scenic beauty of the National Park contrary to paragraph 176 of the NPPF.
