The collective mass of caravans, motorhomes and containers would inevitably lead to a harmful loss of openness both visually and spatially, and would fail to safeguard the countryside from encroachment, which is a purpose of the Green Belt, and these harms were not clearly outweighed by the economic benefits to the agricultural business.
