What decided it

The front garage extension would be visually awkward and disproportionate when viewed from the street frontage and would have an overbearing impact on the neighbouring property's outlook, conflicting with Policy SWDP 21, whereas the side and rear extensions would integrate appropriately with the property and surroundings.
