What decided it

The location of the appeal building in close proximity to existing farm buildings and areas of agricultural and equestrian activity would make it undesirable for residential use and would harmfully affect the living conditions of future occupiers with regard to noise, odour and disturbance, contrary to Class Q paragraph Q.2(e) of the GPDO.
