What decided it

The noise and disturbance from extended sporting use until 20:00 seven days a week would be intrusive to the occupants of Kingdom Court, particularly in their rear gardens and primary windows, at times when they should reasonably expect a degree of tranquillity, and this harm outweighs the moderate benefits of extended facility use.
