The removal of soft landscaping (tree and hedgerow) and its replacement with forward-positioned timber fencing created a blank wall on a public fronted elevation in direct conflict with Local Plan Policy DSC1 and resulted in loss of an amenity space providing visual break contrary to Policy ORC3.
