Conditions requiring remote-controlled sliding gates, limiting the parking area to one vehicle, and replacing the solid perimeter wall with piers and railings could adequately mitigate highway safety concerns whilst the benefit of additional parking and soft landscaping reinstatement tipped the balance in favour of the proposal.
