What decided it

The second floor window in the west elevation would create direct, intrusive overlooking of neighbouring dwellings fronting Broomhouse Road at limited distance, requiring obscured glazing, whereas the other windows would have only partial and tangential views consistent with a densely developed residential area and therefore did not require restriction.
