What decided it

The Inspector's site visit observation of an existing agricultural enterprise with over 50 adult and young goats, combined with veterinary evidence and the Greendale Brook food business registration, demonstrated the building was directly related to and necessary for agriculture, bringing it within the NPPF paragraph 149a) exception for agricultural buildings in the Green Belt.
