The fence's purpose is to protect our property from intruders and for security reasons related to the construction work that we plan on carrying out on our property. We want to request permission from the Council to fence the boundaries of our land to protect our property. The application is for permission to erect timber fencing to separate the plot from the surrounding land. We also need to remove the tree, which is not TPO protected, and the council has already approved the removal of the tree
