What decided it

The Inspector determined that a full Written Scheme of Investigation was disproportionate given the limited archaeological interest identified in the Heritage Impact Assessment and prior 1980s refurbishment, but that targeted archaeological monitoring of the dining room fireplace opening was necessary and proportionate to preserve the building's significance.
