What decided it

The existing windows do not reflect the frame profiles and appearance of existing period windows evident elsewhere in the conservation area but rather reflect the variety present, and therefore their loss and replacement with uPVC would not harm the character and appearance or significance of the Lea Bridge Conservation Area.
