What decided it

The material harm to the living conditions of neighbours at Nos 23 and 25 Cherry Croft through loss of outlook caused by the overbearing proximity of the proposed three-storey flank wall significantly and demonstrably outweighs the housing supply benefits.

The benefits of providing one additional residential unit in a location with poor housing land supply were significantly and demonstrably outweighed by the material harm to neighbouring living conditions through loss of outlook and overbearing impact.
