What decided it

Appeal A: the proposed western side extension infringes Class A.1 sub-section (e)(ii) of the GPDO by extending beyond a wall fronting a highway and forming a side elevation. Appeal B: the application drawings clearly show the existing outbuilding would be removed, demonstrating the proposed outbuilding is genuinely incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse.
