The appeal site forms part of a wider agricultural unit in mixed agricultural and equestrian use, and the appellant failed to demonstrate that the site is being used for trade or business purposes, therefore the proposal does not fall within the permitted development rights under Schedule 2, Part 6, Class A of the GPDO.
