What decided it

The noise impact assessment, undertaken in accordance with relevant standards and demonstrating that activity noise would not be distinctly noticeable given the existing noise climate, combined with the imposition of conditions requiring acoustic fencing and restricted delivery hours, satisfied the Inspector that 24-hour operation would not cause unacceptable adverse effects on neighbouring residents' living conditions.
