What decided it

The replacement of the window with doors and Juliet balcony has not resulted in an increase in the extent of neighbouring gardens which can be overlooked, nor any significant increase in the type or likely frequency of overlooking, therefore adequate levels of privacy at neighbouring properties have been maintained.
