What decided it

Appeal A's sloping roof design with white uPVC cladding would create a dominant and incongruous visual intrusion harmful to neighbouring outlook, whereas Appeal B's uniform height with brick parapet would present an acceptable appearance subject to a condition controlling the wall details.
