What decided it

The current cycle parking provision of 26-27 spaces, with 50% unused capacity, is sufficient to meet reasonable growth in active and sustainable travel, and the safety benefits of removing racks from playground areas to meet Ofsted standards substantially outweigh the limited public benefit of the original 80 spaces.
