The benefits of housing delivery on previously developed land in a sustainable location and economic contribution were outweighed by the significant and unacceptable harm to the living conditions of existing residents, particularly the substantial loss of sunlight to no. 1 Corbridge Mews, which aligned with Framework policy on amenity standards and attracted greater weight.
