Without planning permission, 1. the change of use of the land to a mixed use as a community centre and place of worship; 2. the erection of a building (shown in the approximate location edged in blue on attached Drawing 01) with associated ground level changes and retaining wall (shown in Photos A and B); 3. the erection of ancillary structures (shown edged in red on attached Drawing 01); and 4. the permanent siting of metal storage containers (shown in the approximate locations edged in green on attached Drawing 01)
