What decided it

The tennis court's location well away from the residential curtilage and its potential to set a dangerous precedent for further inappropriate countryside development outweighed any well-being benefits, whereas the swimming pool's siting within the residential curtilage with minimal visual impact and direct relationship to the host dwelling satisfied the policy requirements.
