What decided it

The absence of any evidence of noise complaints from the extraction system, combined with the Inspector's observation that the equipment was inaudible from outside the premises and the distance of nearby residential properties from the site, led to the conclusion that removing the condition restricting extraction equipment hours would not adversely affect neighbouring living conditions.
