The proposed extension would appear dominant and oppressive due to its bulk, scale and mass, bringing a considerable expanse of solid wall directly to the pavement edge and harmfully eroding the sense of spaciousness that characterises the corner junction, contrary to Policy 26 of the Havering Local Plan and Policy D3 of the London Plan.
