Main issues, as the Inspector framed them
- The effect of the proposed increase in the period of occupancy of the pitches on the living conditions of neighbouring residents, with particular regard to noise and disturbance
What decided it
The extension of single occupancy periods from 4 weeks to 60 days would not increase the total time the pitches could be occupied overall or demonstrably increase noise and disturbance to neighbouring residents, as the pitches could already be occupied continuously by different occupants under the original permission.
