The use of an internal ambient light sensor to monitor real-time lighting conditions and automatically adjust the display brightness in accordance with Table 10.5 of the Institute of Lighting Professionals guide would prevent the advertisement from appearing overly bright relative to daytime ambient light levels and thus protect local amenity.
