The benefits of residential development and housing delivery, combined with the absence of identified adverse impacts and the presumption in favour of sustainable development, outweighed any concerns raised by interested parties regarding traffic, parking, precedent, biodiversity, living conditions, landscaping, lighting, flooding and loss of employment.
