Main issues, as the Inspector framed them
- The effect of the development on the character and appearance of the host building and the area
What decided it
The proposed front fenestration would harm the harmonious and ordered character of the street scene by introducing a second first floor bay window and removing the smaller bow windows, thereby diluting the defining regularity of design features on this side of Cumberland Road.
