What decided it

The location and siting of the building, attached to a larger barn used for livestock housing with a door opening directly into the working yard, makes it undesirable for conversion to a dwellinghouse under Class Q.2(1)(e) of the GPDO due to significant noise, odour and potential vehicle conflict.
