Main issues, as the Inspector framed them
- The effect of the development on highway safety
What decided it
The large visibility splays from the site entrance, combined with the single carriageway nature of the A57 and the large run-off area into the site, allow vehicles to enter and exit safely without causing unacceptable impact on highway safety despite increased vehicle movements from the nursery business.
