Main issues, as the Inspector framed them
- Whether the Council's refusal to grant a certificate of lawful use or development was well-founded, turning on whether planning permission is granted for the proposed works by Article 3, Schedule 2, Part 1 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended)
What decided it
The proposed works satisfy the limitations and conditions of Classes A and C of Part 1 of the GPDO, with particular regard to the conservation area restrictions and material similarity requirements.
The main issues and the deciding factor are read from the published letter by Town Planner Pro; the letter itself is the record. Contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0. Research, not advice.
