The Zoopla property listings dated 2 June 2018 and 25 August 2018 provided sufficiently precise and unambiguous evidence that the property was in use as a C4 HMO at the time the Article 4 Direction came into force on 19 July 2018, and the use continued without material change until the LDC application date.
