What decided it

The development preserves the special character and scenic value of the Area of Special County Value and the intrinsic character and beauty of the Cheshire countryside, with negligible to minor beneficial landscape and visual effects, and clear operational need for the agricultural enterprise.

The operational need for the agricultural tracks, hardstanding and storage shed, and their appropriate design and limited visual prominence, outweighed any concerns about the development, resulting in preservation of the ASCV's special character and scenic value.
